Contact person, coordinator and problem solver for customers with a focus on credit insurance Own acquisition of new customers and development and implementation of acquisition strategies Strategic insurance and risk management consultancy of the supervised customers Procurement, processing and internal forwarding of relevant risk information, in particular in the context of new customer acquisitions Responsibility for the holistic customer relationship including relationship management and function as a central contact person for customers and departments Preparation and implementation of annual discussions and further development and ongoing review of the insurance package Ensuring the implementation of customer requirements and support of major damage as a service for customers Coordination of cross-departmental cooperation and close interaction with internal disciplines Responsibility for customer profitability and compliance with agreed budgets Development of presentation and marketing strategies, implementation of marketing measures, cross-selling and active exchange on customer and industry events

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in credit insurance Good knowledge of the market environment and a strong understanding of economic relations High sales orientation, consulting skills and a solution-oriented approach Negotiating skills and security in presentation and conclusion of agreements Sovereign, professional appearance and communication strength in handling decision-makers at all levels Entrepreneurial thinking and action as well as a pronounced understanding of quality and services Experience in project management and good MS Office knowledge readiness to regularly travel within Germany and Europe Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
