He is also responsible for receivables management and is the first contact person for data protection issues and contract management. The department is a separate team within the Department of Law and General Administration.

Technical and organisational management of the award coordination team Responsibility for the preparation, implementation and control of national and pan-European procurement procedures for supply and services and construction services Advising the areas of expertise in issues relating to procurement law and ensuring the legally compliant implementation of all procedures Guided negotiations, answering tender questions and monitoring of the evaluation process Further development of uniform procedures and processes in procurement management Conducting internal training on procurement law topics and knowledge transfer within the team Regular exchange with department and management as well as close cooperation with all departments, in particular with the departments of Purchasing and Construction & Technology

Successfully completed studies, preferably in administrative sciences or a comparable degree course Multiannual professional experience in public procurement and procurement management Advanced expertise in procurement law (UVgO, VgV, VOB/A, GWB) Detectable leadership experience and a value-adding, cooperative leadership style High responsibility, organisational capacity and structured working Communication strength, safe occurrence and joy in cooperation with various disciplines Very good IT and MS Office knowledge; Experience with awarding platforms (e.g. DTVP) of advantage Detection of complete macern vaccination or measles immunity under Infection Protection Act
