Global Business Unit Controller (m/f/d)

You report directly to the Managing Director Responsibility for the creation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to IFRS / GAAP of our national and international locations Control of the budget and forecast process and implementation of deviation analyses Support for strategic financial planning (3 year planning, scenario analysis, financial models) Ensuring uniform accounting standards and further development of internal control systems Analysis of KPIs for controlling professional capacity, cash flow and working capital Advice to management through sound financial analyses and recommendations Support for treasury, liquidity planning and tax issues Optimization of financial processes and systems (e.g. ERP, automation, digitization) Management and development of accounting teams and cooperation with internal and external stakeholders

Completed study of the company or comparable (Bachelor / Master) Multiannual professional experience (approximately 6-8 years) in controlling or financial reporting, ideally in an international company Knowledge of IFRS / GAAP and experience in the preparation of consolidated accounts Very good understanding of corporate structures, intercompany processes and settlement prices Analytical skills and experience in financial planning and analysis Very good knowledge of English in word and writing Structured, independent and reliable working methods High numerical affinity and excellent quality and responsibility Team skills and strong communication skills
