Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Dresden As Senior Engineer Wafertest PCM, you are responsible for the introduction and supervision of parameter and fWLR/WLR test procedures for ASIC and MEMS technologies at wafer level in close coordination with the requirements of the project teams. You define the test strategy by selecting suitable hardware and software for the requirements of the respective technologies. You will develop test algorithms for measuring test structures for monitoring semiconductor processes (more). You independently search for errors in new test structures and test programs and ensure the test capability for important project milestones. In addition, you develop the test concept in the definition of new test structures and use additional structures for problem solving.

Training: successfully completed technical university studies in the field of electrical engineering, information technology, physics or comparable discipline Experiences and know-how: several years of professional experience in semiconductor manufacturing in the fields of test and/or product engineering, knowledge operating system Linux and programming language C are of advantage, Qualifications: knowledge in the electrical PCM test of logic, mixed signal, MEMS and power products, preferably on modern fully automated systems, a good understanding of the test programming and the test contents as well as statistical analysis methods, technical risk management and problem solving Personality and working methods: team-ready, durable, communication-strong, very good organizational and problem-solving capability as well as strong quality awareness Languages: good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
