Position number: V000075214 What tasks do you expect? As a working student (d/m/w/x) in the field of strategy and portfolio management, you support the analysis of the IT portfolio (e.g. in the area of retention and loyalty) and identify gaps and optimization potentials. You are actively involved in cross-departmental initiatives and support the planning and implementation of workshops or department meetings. You also work on the conception and further development of AI-based agents. You introduce your own suggestions for improvement and work iteratively on the further development of existing work artefacts. Ensuring the consistency of numbers and information from different source systems is also one of your tasks. In case of inconsistencies, you search for the causes and consider corrections. In addition, you will prepare high-quality presentation documents for strategy reviews, portfolio meetings or decision-making at leadership level and shape them. Last but not least, you'll start and care for clear one-parents, protocols or guides to make knowledge accessible to the team.

How do you fit into our team? You are studying in a relevant field such as business informatics, business management with IT focus, computer science, data science or a comparable degree program. Your openness to new, technology affinity and readiness to learn allows you to quickly work into new tools and react flexibly to requirements. Your strong analytical thinking ability allows you to structure complex problems independently, prioritize relevant information and develop solutions on your own. You convince by a high self-initiative, an independent and proactive way of working, organize projects structured, set clear priorities and always work reliably and carefully. You bring safe knowledge in MS Excel and PowerPoint, or you are motivated to work quickly, with knowledge in ''Vibe Coding' or interest in AI-assisted solutions. You value the ability to work flexibly and predominantly remotely and want to use this freedom to make a visible contribution to strategic IT, data and portfolio initiatives. Excellent knowledge of German at C1-C2 level (mother language) and fluent English skills (B2) complete your profile.
