Master*in (m/w/d) im Elektrohandwerk – Focus on building operation (EG 9a TV-L)

This is an unlimited full-time employment with a regular weekly working time of 39.83 hours. Parttime employment is generally possible. Technical and personnel management of the electronic component within the internal building service Performance of the tasks of the responsible, conducting electrical power (VEFK) Monitoring, safeguarding and documentation of compliance with statutory and normative inspection and maintenance regulations as well as requirements within the building operation Implementation of risk assessments in accordance with the current operational safety regulation, production of work and operating instructions and designation and control of plant managers Manufacture of electricity distribution and switching equipment and laying of power lines Acquisition of supportive, cross-company work within the IGS Takeover of readiness

Completed training and training as a master*in in electrical engineering Ideally multi-annual leading activity in electrical engineering, focus on building operation Engaged and independent cooperation in a cross-company team Deep knowledge in the field of fire protection Secure application of Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint Safe handling in KNX and Desigo-CC programming Good communication skills with internal and external actors in an environment characterised by different interests
