Senior Business Intelligence Developer / Qlik Sense Entwickler (m/f/d)

Design, develop and optimize Qlik Sense applications and dashboards in the Data Warehouse and ensure their sustainable maintenance and development. Model and integrate data from different source systems and develop high-performance data models as a basis for meaningful analyses. Analyze requirements from the specialist areas, translate them into technical solutions and ensure high data quality and consistency. Responsible for quality assurance, testing and documentation of the developed BI solutions. Work closely with departments, IT and data teams and act as competent contact person for data-driven issues. Support and school colleagues as well as users in dealing with Qlik Sense and accompany new team members during the incorporation into the business intelligence environment.

You have completed a study of computer science, economics or comparable training in an IT profession (e.g. a specialist in computer science). You have gained several years of experience as a business intelligence developer or in comparable activities. You have a sound understanding of IT systems and architectures, including Azure Cloud, operating systems, networks and databases. You bring knowledge and experience in agile methods of solution development (e.g. Kanban, Scrum). You have practical experience using data visualization and analysis tools such as Qlik Sense, Microsoft Power BI or comparable solutions. You have experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines for data related projects. You have knowledge and/or experience with data and processes from the financial services sector. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
