Process Manager Customer Business Bank Management (m/f/d)

You play a central role in the professional modelling of customer transactions (active, passive and service business) for banking and risk management procedures You develop and concreteise technical data and specialist concepts for customer business – from product logic to conditions to cash flows and margins You define business parameters and assumptions (e.g. payment flows, margin logics, customer and product segments) for our control models You contribute to the design and further development of procedures for sales, income and risk management and bring your practical experience from the banking business You formulate technical requirements for IT systems and data budgets and support their implementation in our software solutions You work closely with specialist partners of our customer banks and associations, IT development and other teams of parcIT You carry out workshops, such as the acceptance of technical requirements, the presentation of new procedures or the technical classification of the results

a successfully completed study of folk or business administration, a quantitative course of study or a comparable course of economics practical banking experience of at least 2 years in customer business, e.g. in market, market success, sales control, bank control or a comparable area a good understanding of the business relationships in the customer business (income and risk drivers, contract logics, product characteristics) ideally knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g. MaRisk, CRD, BaFin circular) Joy in analyzing, modeling and documenting complex technical relationships in a structured manner Communication strength and sovereignty in dealing with colleagues, customers and external partners, including in workshops and rounds of votes safe handling of MS Office; Experiences with tools like Jira, Confluence or Reporting / Analytical Tools e.g. SQL, Power BI) are advantageous very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least C1 level)
