Your post: You collect, process and document customer requests for our software solutions in a competent and careful manner. In exchange with other departments, you analyze complex software configurations and contribute to finding solutions. You communicate proactively with our customers, help them with advice, structuring their wishes and requirements and bringing ideas to the further development of our products. You are familiar with work processes in social and healthcare, you have a good understanding of software and you can quickly work into new solutions. That's what you bring: You have completed training, ideally in the social and/or IT field. You show resilience and prioritization and keep a cool head even in stressful situations.
