As a Corporate Category Manager*in, you are responsible for global marketing and technical services. In doing so, you coordinate global standards, develop sourcing strategies and convert them to other via electronic catalogues. You keep track of technical trends and market developments, carry out continuous risk assessments and develop measures to reduce costs. As a result, you generate savings initiatives and manage your savings projects within our reporting tool. You are responsible for sourcing projects, conducting tenders and negotiating framework contracts, in cooperation with Legal. Furthermore, you analyze and evaluate categories and create an adequate supplier structure. You're taxing contract management, treating subordinates and triggering contract conflicts. Ultimately, you are a Sparring partner in the coordination and optimization of relevant specifications with the relevant stakeholders and follow the projects with your sourcing expertise to the project conclusion.

Successfully completed studies in business management, economic engineering, supply chain management or comparable area At least 5 years of professional experience in Strategic Purchasing for Services Funded knowledge in managing complex sourcing projects Proofable negotiation skills, also under time pressure and entrepreneurial thinking Structured and targeted working and hands-on mentality Embossed communication capability Power of persuasion, negotiation skills and team skills Good user knowledge of SAP/MM and Ariba English language skills
