A prerequisite for the job is a veterinary approval and the professional qualification for veterinarians pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 854/2004 a successfully completed practical training in accordance with Article 13(1) in conjunction with point 5 of Chapter I of Annex II to Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/624 in the field of veterinary and meat testing (at least 200 hours)* good knowledge of meat hygiene and food law a valid driving licence of Class B and the willingness to use the private motor vehicle for service purposes

• Insofar as you have not successfully completed the practical training referred to in Article 13(1) in conjunction with point 5 of Chapter I of Annex II to Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/624, the offer exists to retrieve this in the Steinburg district for a period of 3 months. Remuneration takes place during the training as an aid in accordance with TV meat. As soon as the practical training has been successfully completed, the takeover takes place in a temporary employment relationship as an official veterinarian/animalian in accordance with TV meat.
