Description

• They are an important part of our service team and carry out commissioning, maintenance and repair work on Bosch Thermotechnik products after a detailed theoretical and practical introduction.
• Their exciting tasks include the use of heat pumps, split-air devices, gas/oil heating systems as well as control devices in existing multi-brand customer service systems (Buderus and Bosch Junkers).
• Whether in the measurement, testing or self-regulation of thermotechnical products or in the handling of complaints: They are competent contact for our customers and convince with their analytical and technical skills.
• Your bets start from your residence. For this, you will receive a fully equipped service vehicle, whose tool and spare parts inventory you are responsible, as well as modern IT equipment.

Qualifications

• Training: industrial training, preferably in the field of mechatronics, electrical, refrigeration, heating or comparable
• Experiences and know-how: professional experience in customer service, expertise in heating technology and control technology as well as in the field of regenerative energies and plant hydraulics desirable, good PC skills
• Personality and working methods: They actively contribute to common goals and thus contribute to a positive team dynamic; the customer is king for you, you recognize the needs of your clientele and find suitable solutions for this
