Restaurant Manager (m/f/d)

Responsible for the management and motivation of the restaurant team

Ensuring a first-class customer service experience

Planning and implementation of marketing and sales activities

Ensuring compliance with quality standards and hygiene guidelines

Optimization of operations to increase efficiency and profitability

Close cooperation with the kitchen team and other departments

Development and implementation of training programmes for employees

Complete vocational training in the restaurant/hotel compartment

Multiannual experience in service

Good host properties and ways of dealing

Ready for shiftwork, weekend and holiday work

Service orientation, communication strength, reliability and flexibility

Loadability and modelling effect as well as a calm and at the same time binding emission even when subjected to severe stress
