Your activities:

• Examination and collection of invoices within the framework of the Creditor accounting
• Implementation of payment procedures, coordination of supplier accounts and processing of payment differences
• preparation and dispatch of initial invoices and monitoring open claims
• maintenance of debitor accounts including dunning and Asset management
• Voting accounts
• Support in the creation of sales tax forecasts
• Participation in monthly and annual accounts
• General commercial activities in accounting

Your qualification / your personal profile:

• A completed commercial training, ideally with Focus on accounting or accounting
• Practical experience in financial accounting (debitors and Creditors
• Secure handling of MS-Office, especially Excel; Knowledge of ERP systems are desirable
• Structured, careful operation with a high degree of Own responsibility and team capacity
