The Service Process Coordinator / Key User (w/m/d) is the central interface between IT and business and works closely with our Scandinavian colleagues to organize and implement all IT-related topics relating to ERP systems, automation and process optimization. This is not only about the processing of tasks – you recognize where potentials are slumbering, develop solutions and implement them independently. If you want to actively shape things and drive smart processes, you are right here! In addition, the following topics and tasks await you: Coordinating ERP & IT processes: Together with our Scandinavian colleagues, you control the use and further development of our Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. Automation & digitization advance: You use tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Automate or Interface Programming to make processes more efficient. Detecting potential & developing solutions: You don't wait for instructions – you see where something can be improved, analyze it and implement your ideas independently. Optimize commercial processes: You support pricing, offering creation and optimization/reflection of data in the ERP system. Responsibility & international cooperation: You coordinate and implement long-term projects independently and are contact persons for IT-related topics.

You have a completed IT or commercial training with a strong IT focus. The processes in modern commercial offices are familiar to you, as are the communication with international customers and colleagues. You also have the following qualifications You have experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or comparable ERP systems. You are passionate about automation, IT tools & process optimization. You have a stand-alone, proactive way of working – you know where it can run better, and grab it. You will certainly communicate in German and English, even beyond hierarchical boundaries, in order to efficiently shape cooperation with Scandinavian colleagues.
