You take the outpatient basic and treatment care at home with our patients. You plan and run your tours independently. You work efficiently with our digital work organization systems.

You have one of the following qualifications: Care helper with LG-Schein, one-year-old examinated health and nursing assistant or nursing assistant, three-year-old examinated/old nurse, health care and nursing staff or nurse. You are ready for continuous training and further training, which we actively promote and support after one year of service. You bring the willingness to take over at least one weekend service per month. You are open to outpatient basic and treatment care in our patients. You have good knowledge of German in word and writing. Your residence is ideally located in Duisburg or the vicinity (PLZ 454xx, 46xx).

We offer you individual and cycle-based service plan design that takes your personal needs into account, such as mother services or start of service from 08:00 for parents. You will receive a monthly tax-free allowance of €50 to a regional credit card, usable with numerous partners in Duisburg and the surrounding area. We promote your professional development by taking over the costs of internal and external further education and training, including online training via the nursing campus. Benefit from attractive supplements for Saturday (25%) and Sunday services (50%) as well as initial premiums of up to €200. For your mobility, a car is available for private use (1%) if required; Alternatively we offer e-bikes.
