Energy Systems Project Manager (m/f/d)

Actively shape the heat transition: Together with your colleagues, you implement the company's climate plan and implement innovative energy solutions in our housing stock and new buildings Responsibility for heat supply and digitalization: In the Vonovia contracting team, You ensure the efficient operation of the energy plants and implement the digitalization strategy using the Group's own EMS system Process analysis and optimization: In cooperation with the group management, you analyze the operating processes and implement measures to improve working efficiency consistently Project management and innovative technologies: You run independently projects for the renewal, maintenance and repair of energy production plants and support the team in the field of central, innovative technologies such as heat pumps and PV Service provider control: You monitor and control external service providers:inside, visit plants on site as needed and thus ensure smooth operations in operation Havarie Management and Reporting: In case of damage, you will ensure a quick removal by the service providers:inside and continuously report on the status within the reporting processes Cost management: You evaluate offers, check invoices in the SAP system and support the group manager:in budget planning and ongoing cost control

You have completed their studies as an engineer:in, technician:in or are masters:in the field of technical building equipment (heating systems) or have a comparable technical qualification In addition to well-founded professional experience, you have an independent approach and understand how to guide service providers:in profit-oriented Ideally you have experience in the operation, construction or planning of heat supply systems You convince by team skills and initiative Secure appearance and enforcement as well as routined work complete your profile
