Projektleiter Customer Services (m/d)

The "Integrated Logistic Support and In-Service Support Naval and Land" department is responsible for the production of the supplyability of the corresponding HENSOLDT products and the subsequent supply and customer support. In the ILS phase, the department lays the logistical foundations for a successful service business of the HENSOLDT Optronics customer service. During the use phase, the team delivers various services based on contractual agreements to keep the optoelectronic products and systems in operation with the highest possible availability.

Head of “In-Service Support” projects to maintain or restore the readiness of complex optoelectronic systems in the field of Border Surveillance Planning, control and implementation of measures to maintain the availability of optoelectronic systems Acquisition, preparation, negotiation and support of service and subcontractors contracts in close cooperation with all stakeholders Planning, organisation and coordination of international service operations Definition, agreement and approval of work packages in terms of performance content, dates, interfaces and target costs Control of service performance and reporting and accounting Ensuring the achievement of the projects, especially in the dimensions of costs, time and performance / quality Acquisition and care, as well as preparation and negotiation of service contracts Developing and implementing comprehensive service concepts as well as creating external offers for the provision of services

The willingness to travel (national and international) is assumed.

Complete technical studies supplemented by economic knowledge or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in technical project management Experience in obsolescence management, change management and configuration management as well as knowledge in life cycle management Good knowledge of export and ITAR regulations High technical understanding of complex systems and products as well as of connected systems Impressed organisational capacity, as well as structured and self-responsibility Experience within the defence industry or a military background Teamability, Enforcement and Communication Strength Secure handling of MS Office, Sharepoint applications, good SAP knowledge Negotiating German and very good French and English skills required
