Assistant to the Head of Process Engineering (m/f/d)

In your new position, you will ensure a smooth daily routine, relieve supervisors and employees in the daily business and take over classic secretariat tasks. You coordinate and organize the day-to-day business of the department manager. You plan and coordinate dates, organize business trips incl. Travel cost accounting and prepare meetings before and after. You process and check invoices, contracts and you are responsible for filing and archiving technical documentation. You support personnel, management and project management. You accept the correspondence with internal and external contact persons in German and English. Technical content is available in presentations and support the evaluation of key figures. You work closely with the assistance of the managing director Technik and support the managing director Technik in representation cases.

You have a successfully completed commercial training (e.g. as an industrial merchant, bank merchant). You already have experiences in a similar position e.g. as an assistant, sales assistant, or in the secretariat, in which you could bring your structured and analytical knowledge and your view for the essential. A structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as a safe and professional appearance are featured. Do not deter numbers – on the contrary! You like to work with statistics and call themselves a pay-affin. You enjoy a working environment where not every day can be planned – agility, flexibility and a pinch of serenity belong to it. You are characterized by the fact that you are willing to go the “extra mile” and show superior commitment. The MS Office programs can be applied safely, especially Excel and PowerPoint; ideally you also have SAP skills. You are present on site, chronologically flexible and are looking for a long-term task.
