After your apprenticeship or specialist with business orientation, we make you fit for your professional career. On three days a week you will learn what you need in our customer center, especially process analysis and project management. You will also get an insight into the processes of a bank running in the background. On two days a week you will be studying at the FOM in Düsseldorf. And we know that you just learn the most in practice. Therefore, you are part of the team from the first day. And you can try the learned directly. Regular feedback talks and the support of our students help you get better and better. To deepen your knowledge from practice, you participate in digital training and exciting seminars in our own training academy.

Bachelor's degree: After studying for 3.5 years, you will receive a Bachelor degree, valuable professional experience included. College: You are studying at the FOM in Düsseldorf on 2 days a week. The remaining 3 days a week you are actively working in your department. Tuition fees: We take your tuition fees. Compensation: 1st year: € 1,400; 2nd year: €1,470; 3rd year: € 1,550; 4th year: € 1,640. Homeoffice: In agreement with your leadership, you can also work from home after your first 12 months. Holiday: 30 days a year Education grant: You will receive an educational grant for e.g. a tablet to use our digital learning offer.
