We are looking for someone who combines knowledge, experience and passion:

Training to the IT system Electronics, IT technicians or comparable training desirable alternative long-term professional experience in the described field of work Basic electrical engineering training required At least 2-3 years of professional experience in the described area Good technical understanding and ability to independent technical analysis and problem solving Affinity for hardware and knowledge of manufacturers IBM, HP, DELL or similar for maintenance and service independent work and customer-oriented appearance Takeover of technical standby services Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Good MS Office knowledge Driving licence Kl. 3 (Grades B)

Our IT system technicians are reliable technical contact persons that support customers through targeted de-dattering and precise documentation of service cases – both remotely and locally. You take responsibility for technical issues and projects, promote proactive maintenance solutions and contribute to the world's first-class IT services through cross-departmental cooperation and continuous training.

You are responsible for:

Customer service in technical field troubleshooting, testing and disabling of devices and IT systems in data centers Creation of a detailed technical analysis, 1st to 2nd level Communication with the customer's technical contacts Detailed documentation of the activities carried out in the Sales Force and in the Field Service App Preventive maintenance Accompanying the execution of customer projects Participation in technical standby services
