As a credit contract specialist, we form the central interface between market and risk analysis. We understand ourselves as reliable, competent consultants and supporters of our customers as well as colleagues – from the examination of the financing documents to the creation of the contract to the payment and release of collateral at the end of the contract term.

Implementation of credit permits in project credit business Contract structuring, testing and implementation of financing projects in the field of renewable energy infrastructure Analysis and evaluation of contractual structures and safeguards as part of project-specific due diligence and development of suitable solutions Creation and negotiation of individual credit and collateral contracts – directly with customers and financing partners Processing of complex financing structures and non-standard contracts including covenants Close cooperation with sales, risk, law and taxes Structured implementation of consortial transactions and syndications Credit management for financing with high complexity

Completed bank business training, ideally complemented by a study with a business or legal focus Professional experience in the banking environment, preferably in the field of project financing Knowledge gained in the succession of the market, in particular in the creation and negotiation of credit and collateral contracts Communication strength, negotiation skills and pragmatic approach Pleasure to work in the team and to support complex financing projects Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least level C1)
