We are looking for IT Servicetechniker (m/w/d) 2nd Level Support in Zwickau!

You work on tailor-made services – from monitoring and managing IT infrastructure, cloud services, to complete outsourcing solutions. The position shall be replaced by the option to take over.

Annual salary: € 36,000

You are characterized by:

• A completed IT training (e.g. IT system electronics, specialist informatics) or comparable qualifications
• Experience in IT support (hard and software, ideally onsite)
• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office and standard hardware
• Structured operation
• Good knowledge of German and English
• driving licence class B, as well as readiness to travel

• On-site support in 2nd level support and remote access
• Installation and configuration of IT workstations (PCs, notebooks, smartphones, printers)
• Implementation of fault analyses and hardware repairs including warranty processing
• Processing of tickets in the system and documentation of work steps
• Supporting Windows systems and common office applications
• Participation in rollouts, commissioning and IT projects
• Support for cross-site operations as required
