Housekeeping Management Staff Unit (m/f/d)

In this responsible key position, you take over the overall responsibility for the business areas of our social services, central services and five senior centres. You actively shape processes, develop quality standards and ensure an economic, modern and forward-looking orientation of the domestic industry. You are working closely with facilities, nursing services, administration, quality management and management board and make an important contribution to the quality of life of our residents and to the success of our association. General responsibility for all domestic processes in the Association (cleaning, laundry, service and food supply) Responsibility for purchasing, supplier management, contract design and price negotiations Ensuring and monitoring compliance with all relevant hygiene regulations according to IfSG, LMHV, TRBA and HACCP Development, optimization and standardization of workflows and quality standards in the domestic sector Planning and implementation of internal audits and preparation and monitoring of external audits Cooperation and management of projects, for example in the areas of digitalization, sustainability and process optimization Close and trusting cooperation with facilities, care services, administration, care development, quality management and management Analysis of key figures and deriving appropriate measures for the continuous improvement of quality and efficiency

Completed economic or business qualification, for example as a state-tested manager of the farm, master of the household, farmer for food and care management, graduate of a study of ecotrophology, facility management, business administration with service focus or hotel management Ideally multiannual professional and management experience in the field of agriculture, ideally in health or care Knowledge of hygiene management, quality management and occupational safety Experience in purchasing, price negotiations and supplier management Impressed leadership skills as well as a motivating and value-adding leadership style High organisational capacity, communication strength and enforcement capacity Structured, solution-oriented and economic operation High social competence and readiness to cross-site activities driving licence class B
