With 20 nurses, the interventional functional team manages angiology, functional diagnostics, hybrid surgery, EPU laboratory and the heart catheter laboratory.

To support the nursing team, we are looking for a deputy lead (w/m/d) in full or part-time at the next time. In close cooperation with the nursing department management, team management and medical colleagues, you are actively involved in the further development of the areas.

• Widely disciplined and demanding areas of responsibility across several disciplines
• Cooperative and trusted cooperation with internal and external interfaces
• Support of team management in organisational, technical and disciplinary management tasks
• Takeover of management tasks in the absence of team management
• Participation in the coordination and planning of employees' work and work processes
• Ensuring qualified monitoring and care of patients
• Participation in quality management including preparation and monitoring of certification processes
• Cooperation in the procurement of capital goods

Your profile:

• Completed training as a nurse, medical specialist or medical-technical radiology assistant (w/m/d)
• Study or management course or willingness to acquire it
• Multiannual professional experience in the EPU laboratory, in the heart catheter laboratory and in angiology
• Self-employed, analytical and responsible work
• Impressed communication and organizational strength and high social competence
• Pleasure of multi-professional cooperation and the further development of structures
