Sales Trainee (m/f/d)

In six months, you will gain insights into the sales & HR area of our branches and develop your sales personality with individual coaching to start as Associate Account Manager:in Dresden.

New customer acquisition: You identify your own decision-makers: both with potential customers and introduce our service portfolio in telephone and personal conversations Customer support: You are the first contact point for your customers in terms of ongoing and future projects in the field of engineering - IT In cooperation with your colleagues in recruiting, you are responsible for the selection and support of our technical staff. Administration: Processing of enquiries, creation of individual offers and implementation of price and contract negotiations

You have a successful degree in technical or economic fields You have ideally gained first experience in service distribution You are communicative, stand out confidently and convincingly, and have fun in success You have very good German skills (min. C1) and a class B licence
