Design the future with your strategies: You develop and implement business strategies to promote the growth of our Value Added Solutions (VAS) and increase the cross-sales volume at MSC Germany. Network yourself and build strong relationships: you connect and maintain relationships with our internal and external stakeholders – be it with colleagues, customers or MSC agencies. You will also participate in events and meetings to expand your network. Explore new opportunities: You conduct market research, identify new business opportunities and develop measures to expand our product portfolio and our business areas. Set standards: You take responsibility for our sales and budget goals. With your focus on growth, you monitor KPIs to make success measurable. Show strategic thinking: You control the development and alignment of our product portfolio and keep in mind the technical and commercial aspects. This will support our volume targets. Drive Cross-Sales forward: You are passionate about our customers for VAS products and work closely with colleagues and product managers to sustainably increase sales and volumes.

Studying with logistics focus or training as a shipping businessman/w, merchant for forwarding and logistics services (m/w/d) Very good German and English Agile, organizational and communicative skills. Relevant experience in shipping (more than 4 years) in a commercial role. Specific knowledge in the field of Digital Business and Value Add Solutions is advantageous
