Technical and organizational management of the Department of Master Scheduling/Work preparation Total responsibility for order, appointment and capacity planning incl. Release and control of production orders Active control of bottlenecks, priorities and rescheduling as well as escalation management for deviations Interface management and close coordination with production, engineering/construction, purchasing/logistics and sales/order management Ensuring a smooth flow of information along the order process and a loadable delivery schedule Responsibility for AV-relevant processes, master data and order data quality as well as the systems used (especially SAP) Development of planning and control logics, transparency and key figures (e.g. delivery schedule, planning stability) Continuous improvement of processes and active cooperation or Project Management (Lean, Digitization, Operational Excellence)

Completed technical studies or technical training with further training to the technician (m/w/d) or comparable Multiannual professional experience in work preparation, production planning/master scheduling or production control in an industrial environment Knowledge of industrial production processes and capacity-oriented planning Experience in a leading and/or coordinating role, combined with pronounced communication and enforcement capability Very good knowledge of SAP (production and planning modules) and safe handling of planning-relevant evaluations Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation Strength of decision, sense of responsibility and joy in cross-departmental cooperation Additional qualifications in the field of lean and/or project management are advantageous
