Expert Qualification and Induction – Focus on SGB IX (m/f/d)

You design process methodically based and communicate clearly, empathically and at eye level – both in training situations and in individual support of new employees You provide learning content in practice, provide structured feedback and promote self-learning through targeted impulses and feedback talks You plan and coordinate the incorporation of new colleagues – from the processing of fictitious cases to accompanying practical applications to independent case-handling You develop training concepts and conduct central, cross-border training units, for example on the basis of administrative trading or on specific topics in SGB IX You prepare content of the SGB IX and adjacent legal areas in a structured manner and communicate these statistically and application-oriented You work closely with the other experts of the Centre of Competence to share experiences, develop common quality standards and continuously develop the training and training opportunities A change or addition of the task area is reserved.

A completed university degree (Bachelor, Diploma) in Public Management, Social Work or a comparable administrative degree and experience in the social-law context Vocational experience as self-employed material processing in the performance of integration aid as well as pronounced experience in the computerized procedure OPEN/PROSOZ or in comparable specialist procedures are desirable You have strong communicative and conceptual skills to develop complex content in a comprehensible manner, to design learning processes and to develop integration concepts in accordance with requirements You contribute to the experience of modern methods of incorporation and are based on different skills and learning needs of new employees.
