Telephone and written support of national and international customers Complete processing and monitoring of order processing in Sales & Order Management Creation of offers and maintenance of master data Collection and technical examination of customer orders (e.g. delivery and payment conditions, availability of materials) Demand determination and forecast planning of terminals Creation of shipping documents and invoices including tracking of delivery performance Active participation in the analysis, optimization and further development of processes and system processes Escalation and complaint management as an interface between customers and internal departments
