Technical Manager Safety Technology – Rhine/Ruhr (m/f/d)

Your role: Take responsibility. shape the future. As Technical Director (m/w/d), you are the central hub of our operating technology at the Rhein/Ruhr site in Haan. You conduct your team, manage projects and develop the site strategically together with the branch management. Leadership: You motivate and inspire your employees, develop them further and ensure a strong team. The selection of new employees is in your area of responsibility. Strategic location development: Together with the branch manager, you will shape the future of the Rhein/Ruhr site. Their strategic planning ensures that we continue to achieve a high level of employee and customer satisfaction or remain economically successful. Project management: Together with the service and maintenance coordinator and project managers, you coordinate our technicians and monitor the projects – from compliance with costs and dates to quality assurance. Standards and guidelines in view: You implement internal requirements and pay attention to compliance with relevant standards/ directives (VDE, VdS, VOB, etc.) as well as regulations in occupational and health protection.

Technical knowledge: You have a completed master's or technician's degree in the field of electrical engineering and bring business knowledge acquired by continuing or continuing training. Experience that counts: You already have experience in project management and project execution of projects with different techniques/works. Strategic vision: You have a good sense of strategic leadership and take into account not only technical, but also distributive aspects.
