Organisation and coordination of internal trainings, including the planning of appointments, preparation and follow-up of the trainings and the creation of Agenden Support in the continuous maintenance and updating of our Learning Management System to ensure that all training content is up-to-date Coordination and implementation of health management measures to promote the well-being of our employees Support in the preparation and design of the incorporation days for new employees, ensuring a smooth onboarding process Engaged cooperation in various projects in the field of human resources development, here you contribute to the further development of programs and initiatives

You are currently studying the BWL with a focus on human resources, economics/social sciences, economic psychology, economic education or a comparable course of study You have a high digital affinity and master the Microsoft Office programs in sleep; also you are ready to work quickly into new tools You have a quick conception and draw your attention through an independent, careful and structured way of working Empathy, team spirit and joy in contact with employees are among your strengths You can work practically as well as tackle conceptual tasks in a sovereign way
