Hagener Versorgungs- und Verkehrs-GmbH is an urban group holding company that contributes to a functioning city life in Hagen and to the quality of life of the citizens. The companies include Hagener Strassbahn AG, responsible for the ÖPNV, the BSH company for social institutions Hagen according to GmbH and HAGENBAD GmbH. In addition to other baths, this also operates the Westfalenbad. The Westfalenbad is one of the largest leisure pools in North Rhine-Westphalia. Press and Public Relations: independent editorial and production of press texts and contributions to various content formats (e.g. press, intranet, website, annual report) Construction, maintenance and further development of a editorial plan Website Care: independent text creation and content update via a content management system Participation in the conceptual development of communication and marketing campaigns Conception and implementation of advertising materials in cooperation with external agencies (e.g. image brochures, posters, product flyers, giveaways) Ensuring a consistent brand presence across all channels Event Management: Support for the organisation and implementation of corporate events and willingness to attend Participation in the preparation and monitoring of press appointments Participation in building and supporting social media channels

Complete degree in marketing, communication or a comparable qualification Embossed understanding of brand management, visual communication and customer needs At least two years of professional experience in marketing/communication, also on the agency side Very good communication skills in word and writing Secure handling of MS Office (especially teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Word); ideally experience with image editing programs (Photoshop, Canva) and content management systems Teamability, high sense of responsibility and a structured way of working Analytical Conceptual Skills, Self-Employment and High Level of Self-Agency
