In the Team After-Sales Technik PKW, Warranty & Kulanz (GCSP/TP), we accompany the entire life cycle of our vehicles – from service-oriented development and market introduction to sustainable product support. Our close cooperation with development, production, purchasing, law and quality enables us to offer our customers world-class service. The team product support & probation gear & parts & GuK NPP in the department after-sales technology drives (GCSP/TPD) has two main focuses: Calculation of new product projects in the production phase:

Creation of calculations for expected warranty and culmination costs as well as quality failures for all car series (including electric and conventional drives) in advance of market launch Providing methods and specially developed tools for partners from after-sales technology cars, quality and total vehicle controlling to evaluate innovations, technical changes, opportunities and risks Technical market support & product probation Gear & parts:

Your task: As part of the team, you take on diverse and exciting tasks. You accompany the production of products with a focus on guarantee and culmination and support us in the technical support of our car and VAN vehicles in the area of gearboxes and attachments. A special focus of the internship is on data analysis, visualization and optimization of IT-supported processes – you can actively use modern tools and AI applications such as Microsoft Copilot. Help us make processes more efficient by helping us automate processes or introducing innovative AI solutions to simplify our daily work. Your tasks in detail: Building a Structure to Cluster Technical Topics in our System MIA

You analyze existing data, develop a suitable clustering model

and implement this in the system

The aim is to identify and clarify the relevant technical topics in order to increase the efficiency of the knowledge base.

Visualization of the relevant technical topics, for example with the help of Power BI

Active participation in the team in the costing of guarantee and culmination costs as well as support in operational daily business

Close cooperation with the project management in the development and optimization of the IT system to calculate warranty and cunning values

The activity can begin from March 2026.

Course in Automotive Engineering, Automotive Engineering, IT, BWL, Business engineer*in, business informatics or a comparable degree course with IT, business and/or technical contents

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing and routined in dealing with MS-Office

enthusiasm for automotive technology and innovations with an affinity for numbers

Analytical thinking and interest in data analysis and IT-based processes

Teamability and Communication Strength
