In the special financing business, you advise our business units and bodies on national and international credit issues and actively accompany transactions, including the coordination of external lawyers. In relevant processes, you work closely with other companies of the Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale. You design, audit and negotiate national and international contracts as well as financing documentation in the field of structured financing, in particular on acquisition financing, corporate loans, asset and real estate financing. Engages you to support strategic projects within the OLB and TARGO Deutschland Finanzholding Group, product implementations and the assessment of new legal and supervisory developments. For questions about the German jurisdiction, you will support other units of the Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale. You work with other experienced colleagues in the team, both from the legal areas of the TARGO Deutschland Finanzholding Group and from other departments of the bank and external law firms. Your network also benefits from the opportunity to participate in specialist associations. You continuously develop our legal standards and advise on selected legal issues. All of this, you are driving innovations forward: you test AI-based tools carefully and open to results, integrate their possibilities into your legal daily business and develop new fields of application. This makes our legal processes more efficient, more transparent and more sustainable.
