Master (m/w/d) Material Scheduling and Material Logistics

Husmann Umwelt-Technik is an internationally leading manufacturer of compaction and disposal systems with several production sites in Germany and currently approx. 350 employees. The focus of sales is Europe. For our Dörpen site, we are looking for a Master (m/w/d) Material Disposition and Material Logistics.

1. Control and monitoring of production areas Responsibility for sawing, laser system, bending presses, drilling and sorting and material logistics Monitoring the production processes and ensuring an efficient and trouble-free production process

2. Professional leadership of the assigned team Planning and coordination of daily work Creation of personnel deployment planning (including holidays, absences etc.) Capacity planning for optimal utilization of production areas Motivation, guidance and further development of employees

3. Material logistics and production control Material disposition suitable for profiles and sheets Appointment and quantity-oriented material procurement in cooperation with purchasing and production Ensuring material delivery for all subsequent production steps Monitoring and optimization of stocks (e.g. Kanban system) Cross-departmental coordination, in particular with work preparation, quality assurance and purchasing Identification and implementation of process optimization measures

4. Technical responsibility Ensuring machine availability and support in troubleshooting Analysis and assessment of machine life as well as relevant productivity indicators Implementation and compliance with applicable safety and quality standards

Complete training as master (industrial master metal, mechanical engineering technicians, etc.) or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in manufacturing, ideally in the area of cutting / material logistics Knowledge of working preparation, material disposition and production control Experience in handling ERP systems, CAM systems (WiCAM, TruTops Boost) Experiences in the handling of laser cutting systems and folding presses (Trumpf/LVD) Safe handling of technical drawings and lists Basic knowledge of occupational safety and quality assurance Representative leadership and social competence Resistance and Responsibility Organisational skill and loadability Communication strength as well as team and conflictability High level of initiative and reliability
