Senior Physician (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) for our Institute of Radiology, Neuroradiology and Nuclear Medicine in full or part-time at Klinikum Darmstadt (Apply directly!) The Institute for Radiology, Neuroradiology and Nuclear Medicine is responsible for the patient care of the clinic throughout the range of services of diagnostic and interventional radiology and neuroradiology. These are supplemented by a diagnostic spectrum of nuclear medicine including PET/CT. It is part of the oncological centre, the vascular centre, the supra-regional Stroke unit of the clinic and accredited training facility of the German Society for Interventional Radiology and the German Society for Neuroradiology. It has undergone a substantial further development of the team and the processes as well as an extensive renewal of the equipment. The institute has 2 MRT (Siemens Vida 3T and Sola 1.5), 2 CT (Siemens X.Ceed), 1 intraoperative CT (Siemens SOMATOM Confidence), mammography (Siemens Revelation), PACS (Carestream) and, PET/CT, gamma camera and sonography. In 2024 a monoplane and 2025 a biplane angiography plant (Siemens Artis Zee and ARTIS icono biplan) were purchased. In addition, the institute will take over the patient care of the AGAPLESION Elisabethenstift on the basis of a human rotation model, in the light of the targeted merger of the clinics on 01.04.2026. The planned deployment is carried out at the AGAPLESION Elisabethenstift site.
