Construction Technician (Residential Construction) (m/f/d)

Planning and implementation of refurbishment and modernisation measures and significant participation in new construction projects, including: Creation of performance directories, evaluation of offers and contract negotiations Contract design and project management in compliance with legal requirements Application for funding, monitoring the use of funds and the creation of evidence of use Process control and communication with project participants such as tenants, specialist planners and exporting companies

Building contractor representation and building managerial activity at the construction site, including: monitoring of construction, compliance with planned costs and construction time Implementation of the acceptance and audit of services Implementation of warranty claims

Participation and representation of building interests in larger construction projects with external planners Deficiencies management, including:Qualification and quantification of building damage and tree nubs Apartment inspections for damages or defects Cooperation with other specialist areas for the assignment of damage/degradation

Production of planning sketches and floor plans Cooperation with external service providers for IT and internal contact persons for IT, including:administration and maintenance of computer and telephone systems

Participation in the development and implementation of the economic plan's investment plan Control and archiving of documentation documents

completed training as a state-tested technician in the field of construction engineering (m/w/d) or comparable vocational training in a technical field with further qualifications and experience in construction and procurement law (VOB, BGB, HOAI, LBO) or higher quality (construction-ing.) Professional experience as project or construction manager in the housing industry desirable good computer and PC skills, safer in handling MS Office and digital tools high level of reliability and responsibility independent and structured operation Social competence in dealing with tenants, exporting companies and colleagues Communication and enforcement strength and negotiation skills Car driver license (class B)
