Team Leader Systems Support & P2P Services / Team Lead (m/f/d) - limited for 24 months

Professional and disciplinary leadership of the System Support & P2P Services team Ensuring the smooth commercial and administrative handling of asset investment projects (from demand notification to project completion) Responsibility for compliance and optimization of P2P processes and accounting requirements according to HGB and IFRS Control and control of SAP-based processes (project installation, ordering requirements, goods inputs, audit) Interface management between departments, accounting, external service providers and project teams Promoting cooperation and communication in the team and other business areas Participation in budget planning, reporting and continuous process optimization Ensuring compliance with quality standards and privacy policies Support for the digitization and automation of workflows Development of team members through coaching, training and regular feedback

A completed commercial training or business studies Impressed leadership skills, communication strength and team orientation You motivate and develop a diverse team, perform confidently, meet clear decisions and resolve conflicts constructively. As an example, you are a self-responsibility, integrity and appreciation, and promote an open communication and feedback culture Multiannual professional experience in the area of purchase-to-pay processes with focus on: demand message, order, receipt of goods, invoice, conclusion Very good knowledge of SAP (especially in asset management, purchasing, auditing) Understanding accounting according to HGB and IFRS Experience in handling MS Office and digital document management systems, receipt booking for audit Experience in interface management and cooperation with various business areas Analytical and structured working methods, high self-initiative and problem-solving capability Sensitivity for data protection and handling sensitive data
