♪ Your future task:

• Care of tenants, users and contact persons in residential and commercial properties
• Implementation of small repair, maintenance and repair work
• Regular control and building tours to ensure a proper object condition
• Detection, notification and documentation of deficiencies and the initiation of appropriate measures
• Equipment and preparation of meeting, meeting and working rooms with furniture and technical equipment
• implementation of closing services and control of access to buildings
• Care, control and cleansing of outdoor facilities
• Implementation of small cleaning, disposal and transport work

• Ideally completed vocational training in a craft, technical or comparable profession
• Projektmanager (m/w/d), Haustechniker (m/w/d), Projektmanager (m/w/d)
• Craft skills and basic technical understanding
• Self-employed, careful and reliable operation
• Embossed service, customer and service orientation
• Friendly, safe and binding occurrence
• Teamability and good communication skills
• Careful appearance
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Basic knowledge of computer and documentation systems
• Class B licence is desirable
