With us, you not only go into different departments, but work directly and collect valuable practical experience. You learn how our company is built, what tasks the individual areas have and how successful cooperation works. We make you fit for customer contact and show you how to expertly advise our customers on our energy products. With modern tools and communication channels, you process customer requests and orders independently. Own projects? Sure! You take responsibility, develop ideas and present your results. As a full-fledged team member, you will participate in meetings, projects and decisions. Your opinion counts. By the way: At Knauber you also have the opportunity to complete your training part-time.

You have the medium maturity or the (fold) abitur in your pocket. You want to understand how shopping, selling and trading are related. You are curious, reliable and willing to get to know new tasks and topics and to develop them independently. You go open to people and trade service-oriented. You can express yourself well orally and in writing. .
