Check complex welding orders for completeness and accuracy
Geometry data such as dimensions, contours, drilling images etc. for complex workpieces using drawings and calculation of the missing dimensions
Create alpha and beta samples and evaluate them on the microscope
Metallographic evaluations of welding samples including Reporting
Check the drawings, measurements and materials
machining (e.g. EB or laser welding) of different, complex workpieces with different welding geometries
Processing sequence also for different special materials (e.g. platinum alloys, titanium etc.) and welding geometries
Create programs for 3D processing on different controls in user-oriented programming languages (e.g. Siemens 840 D)
Document necessary rework (afterwelding) and reject
Analyzing the focal points of welding, supporting the introduction of remedial measures (e.g. using new welding interface/lips)
Senior Consultant (m/w/d) / Mechatronic (m/w/d)
At least 3 years of professional experience
Welding specialist training for plant welder, incl.
Experience in handling welding systems in use
Certificate of vision
In-depth knowledge in the welding of flight hardware
Team skills
Flowing German knowledge
Good knowledge of English
Practical experience and participation in an internationally operating aerospace company
