As a Customer Care Specialist (w|m|d), you have the responsibility for exciting topics about coffee. Your tasks include: Management of our product and machine portfolio and related contracts Maintenance and quality assurance of master data and conditions Implementation of address and compliance checks Processing of customer requests and online requests Support internal processes in customer management Processing of invoice requests and ensuring correct master data Participation in the development and implementation of customer-oriented processes Takeover of diverse administrative tasks in the daily business Close cooperation with internal interfaces and specialist departments

For this role as Customer Care Specialist (m|w|d) we are looking for someone with the following skills and experiences: Completed commercial training with experience in the field of sales services or comparable training Analytical and solution-oriented thinking Very good communication skills Very good German and good English skills Good MS Office knowledge SAP and Salesforce knowledge desirable
