Integrating and supporting: they integrate new leases into the QSE structure and maintain existing leases, taking into account the strategic requirements of the group of companies Process optimization: They ensure the consistency and further development of existing processes, with particular focus on ISO 14001 (environmental management) and ISO 45001 (work protection), and ideally ISO 50001 (energy management), ISO 9001 (quality management) and ISO 13485 (medical products) Audits and training: They carry out internal audits, audits and training and accompany external audits and audits Process and KPI management: They define, imple­ment and monitor key figures and drive the continuous improvement of processes Interface management: They are contact persons for regional dismissals and coordinate cooperation with the contractors and external certification bodies. Law and Standards: They implement group-wide and legal requirements on quality, safety and the environment and coordinate existing processes with customer-specific requirements.

Qualification: Successfully completed technical or economic studies (e.g. environmental management, safety management, engineering, process engineering) or technical training with advanced additional training in the field of quality, environmental or occupational safety management Professional practice: experience in environmental and energy management, safety at work and also in textile services or production Technical know-how: knowledge of ISO 14001 (environmental management) and/or ISO 45001 (work protection management), ideally also in ISO 9001, ISO 50001 or ISO 13485, as well as the interest in obtaining further knowledge Software-Skills: Secure handling of MS Office as well as very good German and English in word and writing Mindset: High quality and environmental awareness, analytical thinking, structured working and communication strength A readiness to travel: willingness to take care of regional leave and to travel for it
