Technical and disciplinary leadership of the teams Application Development, Reporting and master data as well as coordination of internal and external consultants:inside Expansion and management of the Enterprise Application Services division focusing on standard solutions such as SAP-ERP (FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, DS, EWM, VC, GTS), HR solutions, CRM and other business applications Ensuring stable and secure operation and continuous development of the standard solutions used in application layer in close cooperation with Infrastructure Services Design and control of key user organisations taking into account best practices of the respective manufacturers Responsibility for contract and license management of the standard solutions used Development of innovative and future-oriented solutions and services for the fields Definition, implementation and optimization of processes, tools and solutions to ensure high quality of applications, data and processes Control of the demand management process for the responsible business solutions Ensuring SLA quality through appropriate processes and their compliance Management of external partners and cooperation with stakeholders, delivery units and international subsidiaries Participation in global SAP ERP rollouts and coordination of IT-internal tasks

Complete study of computer science or comparable qualifications in the field of information technology Multiannual experience as leadership and in the management of software implementation projects incl. Budget, Quality and Time Responsibility Knowledge of standard software solutions (especially SAP) and good process understanding in manufacturing companies Embossed communication strength, sovereign appearance and ability to clear, strong positioning fingertips in dealing with different stakeholders and constructive cooperation Individually responsible, solution-oriented action in line with corporate strategy and IT roadmap High competence in prioritizing projects and resources taking into account business value and IT governance Very good English skills in word and writing
