Technical Writing and Knowledge Management Specialist (m/f/d)

Conception and creation: You are structuring and writing well-comprehensible technical documents on our ultra-precision machines and are constantly developing our documentation standards. Information and knowledge management: You can independently research technical details, agree closely with all internal and external stakeholders and ensure that technical knowledge is optimally flowing and can be found in the company. Standardization: You build a professional editorial or editorial Content management system, optimizes our editorial processes and shapes future-oriented knowledge structures. Standards Testing: You make sure that all created documents and media meet the current legal requirements, standards and guidelines. Customer and user focus: You help internal and external users to find out quickly in our documentation and our knowledge media.

Education: Successfully completed studies in the field of technical editors, communication sciences, information management or comparable technical training (e.g. technician with high writing affinity). Practical experience: experience in editing documents for machine and plant engineering and know-how in building or maintaining knowledge and content management systems. Technical consideration: The ability to quickly penetrate complex, engineering-scientific issues, to prepare them according to target groups and to document them in a structured manner. Language competence: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing for precise technical documentation and communication.
