This is what we do about building an organizational portfolio and supporting strategic organizational development and change processes, as well as consulting the departments in these matters. The objective of the structural and cultural transformation combined with the overall strategy is the basis of our work. These include strategic projects, activities and fields of action, link them with each other in a meaningful manner and thus strengthen progressive transparency, efficiency and effectiveness.

In a multi-member, interdisciplinary team, you take over the management of the Organisational Portfolio and Projects department and are thus responsible for the organizational portfolio and accompany the implementation of strategic projects and the establishment of holistic governance structures. They develop independent proposals for the strategic management of the organizational portfolio and the project landscape of the DRV Bund as advice for the staff management and the management board They continuously develop these topics and set strategic control impulses incl. Continued implementation steps in cooperation with the departments They develop existing governance structures for the overall organisation in terms of decision-making and management processes for the targeted use of the available resources They temporarily take over the strategic project management in crisis projects and accompany the implementation of project audits as required They advise executives and project management in implementation strategic projects and the strategic orientation of the departments They advise the Executive Board and the departments in managing the overall organisation and implementing the overall strategy They shall independently draw up reports and draft decisions for the Management Committee in relation to the respective strategic project.

They have completed scientific higher education (master or similar degree) in the field of social and economic sciences, (economic) informatics or comparable disciplines They possess detectable multi-year knowledge in portfolio and project management and have multi-year leadership experience They have extensive experience in managing complex projects, establishing governance structures, and managing the management level, combined with practical experience in the public sector They convince by safe occurrence and communication with different target groups A high degree of empathy and entrepreneurial thinking complete your profile
