• Care planning, measures implementation and evaluation are part of your nursing responsibility — you ensure that every resident and every resident is individually and professionally supplied. • You support residents: professionally in basic daily care and combine care security with a respectful view of dignity, pace and individual habits. • Relevant observations and measures are professionally fixed so that progress, coordination and transfer of responsibility can be reliably achieved. • Through your consistent handling of standards, protective measures and nursing requirements, you strengthen security, quality and trust throughout the entire course of use.
