Very good up-to-date knowledge of pay and salary accounting as well as solid basic knowledge on adjacent topics in the field of personnel management (e.g. time management, personnel cost accounting...) Experience in consulting and implementing the software P&I LOGA Good knowledge of project management methods (project controlling regarding budget / quality, project structuring, project management) Practical experience in the moderation of workshops and the implementation of (user) trainings Reliability, accuracy and liability are fundamental to your work and form the basis of trusted cooperation with customers and colleagues. You will be happy to take over the holistic responsibility for your own field of work and organize yourself as a consultant, at the same time you appreciate the exchange of knowledge and constructive cooperation with experienced colleagues. You have the ability to understand the individual needs and challenges of your customers, to ask the right questions and to let them flow into your projects through targeted communication and planning.
