Professional and disciplinary leadership of the HSEQ team (Health, Safety, Environment & Quality) at the site Ensuring and continuous development of quality standards and HSEQ structures in the precast concrete substructure Control and implementation of improvement projects in the areas of quality, environment, occupational safety and health Responsibility for operational quality assurance including factory production control (WPK) Planning, implementation and monitoring of audits, certifications and management reviews Creation and evaluation of key figures and close cooperation with factory management, production and technical fields Promoting safety and quality culture through training and cooperation with authorities, professional associations, customers and external partners

Successfully completed technical studies, for example in the field of civil engineering, materials engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable discipline Experience in the leadership of employees and the joy of taking responsibility and developing teams Safe application of common quality methods and problem-solving tools Ideally knowledge in quality management as well as handling ISO 9001, audits and certification processes Analytical thinking, high self-initiative and pragmatic hands-on mentality Experiences in the precast concrete, building material or manufacturing industry are advantageous, but no prerequisite
